Abstract: In recent years, with the awareness of civil rights, freedom of consciousness, the state law and the conflict between civil liberties are increasingly intense. And it all had to face us, "Law and Liberty," the old topic. This paper begins with the meaning of freedom and the development of the legal process of their departure, and then were free to discuss the law by reason. And legal guarantees of freedom from the perspective of a reasonable limitation on freedom law, and a number of variations to prevent legal opinion. Through the "Law and Freedom" analysis, we should be clear and freely and the dialectical relationship between the law, that the legal value of freedom, the law aims to ensure the realization of the maximization of freedom.
