maintenance clerk ---- Major Job Duties:
- To be responsible for handling all account opening/amendment/ closing according to guidelines and related regulations and related account maintenance and maintenance clean up.
- To ensure all require documentation have been properly completed and obtained before opening of new accounts and updating a/c information.
- To perform maintenance related to Phone banking and Internet banking service to new/ existing customers.
- To scan customer account's signature specimen to the HUB system and keep maintenance.
- To perform GWIS operation covering batch arrangement,document scanning,reconciliation,filing,etc.
- Other operation related tasks.
