Hydraulic oil Temperature
The temperature of hydraulic oil must be maintained at aproper temperature to keep the moulding cycle timeconstant.The ideal temperature is 45℃.Adjust thetemperature control valve (Fig.2-2 3 ) to keep the oiltemperature between 40℃ and 55℃.The temperature controlvalve controls the volume of cooling water for the oilcooler in accordance with the temperature of hydraulic oilin the reservoir.As the temperature of coling water mayvary from season to season,it is necessary to check the oiltemperature indicated on the oil thermometer and to adjustthe valve if the temperature is out ot the above mentionedoorange.Turning the knob on the valve clockwise willincrease the volume of cooling water for the oil cooler toincrease its cooling capacity.
