Abstract-depth development of China's reform and opening up is building of enterprise culture is also gradually deepened,and increasingly market-oriented economies.With the development of private enterprises and the increasing maturity of its cultural construction also produced a series of problems which would hinder the development of private enterprises,so the article on the cultural construction of private enterprises put forward some ideas.
