An 11-kV,5MVA,34-bus radial distribution systemwas used to examine the effects of various load models on the power flow results.The systemhas 3 levels of laterals,with a single main feeder and 4 other sublaterals.The data of the distribution system used was obtained from [8].The voltage magnitude of the source bus is set to 1.0 p.u.,and a tolerance of 0.0001 p.u.was used for each of the cases studied.The load models used are the constant-power,constant-current,constant impedance,and the exponential model.The voltage profiles obtained for the 4 different load models are given in Figure 6.It can be observed that the voltage magnitudes at
