这里只能理解为桥是越过河的,而不是一点,（桥不是点,垂直于河）
on 表示在...上面.但是是接触的2个东西,是在同一个2维空间里的
比如桌子上有纸、墙上有钉子

above和over通用,因为2个东西是隔空不接触的,比如我们的头上是天花板,

above表示在...上方.但是是【垂直】的上方.（不能用over）比如The sun has risen above the horizon.太阳在地平线上
over表达"从……上方越过".（不能用above）比如The plane flew over the city./There is waterfall above the bridge.
