get和arrive的用法区别

get和arrive都有“到达”之意,但他们与不同的介词搭配使用,get 与to一起使用；而 arrive 与in/at一起使用.如：

When they got to/ arrived in Beijing, it was midnight.

此句意为“他们挣/赚好多钱”,所以 用make,如用get,意为“得到好多钱”,句子就应写成：They will get/have got lots of money.

 Some jobs aren't different but they are (kind) of boring.
   kind of  修饰形容词时, 意为：有一点, 此处指这些工作“有一点无聊”.

Many people （works) until they are 55 or 60 years old
Many people意为“许多人” ,其中people 是集合名词,是复数意义,与动词的复数形式一起使用 所以用work, 而不能用works.

The teacher all () to the students.They are（） their parents to students
     good和like填空

The teacher are (good) to the students.They are（like） their parents to students

短语be good to sb 意为“对某人很好”； be like sb/ sth 意为“像.一样”.全句句意为：

老师对学生很好,他们就像父母对孩子一样.
