TAXES:Each payment made under this Agreement or under any Purchase Order shall be subject to any deduction,withholding or set-off of Tax as may be necessitated under any applicable laws.If Notion Ink is required by law to make a deduction or withholding from such a payment,Notion Ink shall furnish appropriate documentation in this behalf to Manufacturer so as to enable Manufacturer to claim Tax credits (if any) in this behalf.
