based on 和 basing on区别
是不是based on 表示被动 basing on 表示主动呢?有的句子人做了主语,为什么还是用based on 比如：We allocate the cost of the purchase among the different types of assets acquired based on their relative market values 这两个短语用法怎样 还有那个aimed at 也是被动吗?
我提出的那个例句中 based on 好像是做状语吧？那么是we 做 based on 这个动作吗？为什么不用主动basing on
