The most important quality I consider when making a friend is honesty.Honesty sets up the basic relationship between everybody,and that's the basic moral if you want to be respected.I still remember my friend Tommy who told me he liked me when we first met.But he then spread rumors about how he hates it when seeing me.That was an unsuccessful friendship,and I quickly ended up that.Without basic honesty,you do not receive any respect.And that is the reason I prefer honesty as a priority.
