过去时态和现在完成时态同样都含有“过去”的意思,比如：He has fed the dog and clean the room.他已经喂完这条狗打扫完房间了.这是表示过去的意思吧?He was fed the dog and clean the room yestoday.他昨天喂完这条狗打扫完房间了.这两句话意思基本相同为什么时态不同呢?

现在完成时指过去开始发生到现在还在持续或影响到了现在
He has fed the dog and clean the room.至现在够已经吃饱了,不用再喂了（影响了现在）
He was fed the dog and clean the room yestoday只是陈述一个事件
