The Deputy Registrar of the International Ship Registry of Cambodia under the authority of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia; by the powers vested thereupon by the Registration of Merchant Shipping Act,1994 and amendments thereto,by means of this document hereby certify that the owners of the above-described vessel have submitted an application and applied to the vessel provisionally registered in the Cambodian Registry,undertaking to submit the documents established by the Law for obtaining the final Ship’s Register certificate to be issued to be vessel.
