Eyeryone knows that eyes are one of the most important parts of our body.Having good eyesight means we can not only see things clearly,but also enjoy some beautiful scenes.But how can we protect our eyes?
Firstly, students should spend more time doing some excise to refresh themselves. Secondly, learning conditions need to be improved, especially the poor light in the classroom. Thridly, doing eye exercises regulaly every day is a great necessity. Fourth, we should have enough sleep every day. Fifth, we shouldn't spend too much time on computers or reading books in a bus because our eyes need rest,too. Don't read books in a strong orpoor light,otherwise,the light would harm our eyes. Dont' forget to watch more green grass and other plants because it's good for our eyes.
