选B 相信我.
首先,直接选的办法,一般都说hard to understand,因为understand的是they ,所以是主动语态.
其次,排除法,A一定错,即使用被动语态,也是to be understood ,没有under standed .而CD用的介词for ,后应当接sb.的宾格.
所以选B.
建议记住It's not hard for us to understand English .
再次,用语感,也只有B读起来顺口.
