Dear Mr Rogers,
We are looking for a hotel to host our sales conference on March.The provisional dates is 10/0313/03,with approximately 30 person attending,We will need two conferences rooms with presentation equipment and broadband access.The delegates will need single rooms and one suite,full board,for three nights from the 10/03.Could you let me know the availability of rooms for these dates,and send me a quote for the rooms and equipment.

1.on March--------in march 单单月份时,介词用 in2.dates is---dates are 3.30 person---- 30 persons4.conferences rooms--conference rooms 做定语的名词很少用复数 (例外women teachers)5.from the 10/03-----fr...我是不明白5 the 是介于什么的介词？什么情况连接用the,这种情况为什么不可以？the 是定冠词，一般特指某事物时都会用。当然要排除零冠词的情况。建议看看语法书零冠词的用法.这里我就不把语法书内容抄上来了。可以确定是具体日期前用零冠词。
