Conversation Situation:
Mr. /Mrs. Feng, hotel receptionist of B &N Hotel is talking on the phone with a guest, Mr./ Mrs. Watt, who wants to cancel a room reservation.

You are A ----Mr. /Mrs.Feng
You need to:
1) Greet the guest and offer to help
2) Ask for the full name of the caller
3) Tell details of the reservation: name room type,date,etc.
4) Express hope of serving the guest agaion

You are B----Mr. /Ms. Watt
You need to:
1) state the purpose of the call and give reasons
2) state the full name
3) confirm the cancellation
4) express appreciation for the help
