Could you send us photos of your design?We want to know how will be the casing/heatsink built,the chips used and the circuit board.
Drivers should have over-current protection,short circuit protection,overheating protection to stabilize current for longer LED life.
Chip used should adopt low light-declining and high CRI so lifespan will be on average of 35000 hours.
Heatsink should have excellent heat dissipation and high safety because our past supplier were using inferior die-casting pan material heatsink housing that affect the circuit board and the LED itself.
Reflector should not be the ordinary cheap aluminum material that has poor optical reflection angle yielding inefficient light reflection.
Lastly,casing and glass should be REAL waterproofed.IP65 will be fine as long as the O-rings and rubber sealant should be effective.Paint should be rust and corrosion resistant.
