shoot to 朝...（射击）,仅表示某个大体方向.
如：He shot at the bird. 他瞄准那只鸟射击.
He shot to the bird. 他朝鸟的方向开了一枪.
还要注意的一点：单独用shoot表示“击中了”,而shoot at/to则不一定射中.
如：He shot the bird. 他打中了那只鸟.个人意见.
