Please note the document submission via Email for USA will be started on Mar 16th,2009 which date is based on document submission date.Starting from March 16th,2009,the copy sets of shipping document for WM & Sam's USA shipments should be sent to Wal-mart Global Procurement Shenzhen office via email address as below which format should be used by MDI.And it is not necessary to copy other generic mailboxes or our associates.

As we mentioned in attached supplier letter,the Email Document program would help to save paper usage,save the courier cost and save time from supplier side so that both parties have benefit from this program.
Attached are the supplier letter and program manual regarding Email Document Verification for your information.We will accept your document submitted in hardcopy for THIS TIME ONLY so please submit the document via EMAIL by using MDI format in future.Otherwise,document will be rejected.
In order for you to better understand the procedure of Email Document Verification Program ("Program") for Phase II and III,please be advised that there will be a supplier workshop to be held in Wal*Mart Global Procurement (WMGP) Shenzhen Shipping office on March 3rd,2009.You are cordially invited to attend this workshop accordingly.The details of this workshop are as follows:
