根据流水作业卡要求从原材料库领取适用的镀锡铁帽、瓷基体,将原材料的检字号填在流水卡相应位置,并将瓷基体经瓷棒筛选机进行筛选,除去碎屑和杂物.调整自动压帽机,左右振动盘内一次不易放太多帽盖,一般以覆盖振动盘底为适,分别调整铁帽供料和瓷基体供料速率及适当位置.

Get the suitabletinnedironcapsandceramicbases fromrawmaterialsstorage/warehouseas required by the flow processcard, fill the rawmaterials inspection number in correspondingspace/placeon the card, and screen the porcelain sticks with a screening machine to remove debris and foreignmatters. Adjustthe automatic cap pressing machine, [do not put too much caps in the left and right vibration disk, it is usually appropriate to cover the vibration disk bottom],and adjust the feeding speed for the caps and ceramic basesrespectively as well as adjust to the proper positions.
