Throughout the specification and schedules,references are made to other chapter,all such references are intended solely for the convenience of those using the documents,and the absence of a reference in no manner excludes the application of every other chapters which may,in the opinion of the purchaser,have any bearing upon the point in question,the intention being that the contract documents shall be read and applied as a whole.
