楼上说的不对,start用在一段时间中才变为 be on,而不是被动语态.
start既是及物动词,又是不及物动词.做不及物动词当“出发,开始”讲,没有被动
The bus will start at 7:30 tomorrow morning.
When will the film start on TV?
做及物动词当“启动,发动,创办,开始做”,有被动.start an automobile；
start a book 可以变被动
