里面的主语是Alrhough he是主语,AIRHOUGH表示主语的状态做表语,那old作为时间壮语和NOW做为时间补语是要并存的..NOW是强调OLD在句子里面的作用的,用的是就近原则...如果把now放在句子的最前面 NOW就成了表语,强调的是时间,就成了 现在 他在里面老了,但是你句子的意思是 在里面的他 现在老了 ,或者是现在成了老人 所以Now不可以调到前面修饰全句
