这就是为什么有个having.如果是suffering from heart trouble for years 就不对了 having 是描述现在的动词.是指现在某某的状态,比如受心脏病这么多年的状态.我没有系统的语法知识 只不过读的英文书多 不能给你比较系统正规的解释.
