As of the new curriculum reform, the traditional teaching mode is no longer adapt existing classroom teaching needs. In face of the new situation, the change of teaching means, improve teaching methods in order to better P.E. and health class, is sports teacher is committed to the pursuit of the goal. This article is based on DE city junior high school of questionnaire, summarizes the junior high school physical education and health problems in class, in order to promote urban junior middle school's sports and health course development.
