高一英语报上面有一道选择题,自己感觉报纸是不是做错了,

答案是选择B我觉得是A,他的眼睛不是主动集中的吗?不关时态是吧?是现在分词做定语不对吗?怎么就是过去分词做定语呢?怎么区别呢
