skeptical和suspicious表示对...怀疑的,基本可以通用,而且都可以跟of 和about 搭配,但skeptical没有可疑的意思,通常只是对事情真假的怀疑,而suspicious有某人做了不好的事情令别人怀疑,含有可疑的意思
