In 1834,the Parliamentary building was destroyed by fire,so Benjamin erected the Big Ben.You can hear the sound of this bell on BBC's broadcast because a microphone has been installed inside the bell tower.However,there was one occasion when the Big Ben failed to provide the correct time.
