1.两者都表示 拒绝,意思没有大区别
2.两者用法不同
（1）refuse 可带双宾（refuse sb.sth.）
(2)reject 不可带双宾（reject sb./sth.）
两者想转换并非不可.
e.g.I refused my uncle the present.
=I rejected the present of my uncle (只有用所有格了)
（3）refuse to do sth
貌似reject 就不能加不定式
