My teacher ask me rewrite sentences using non-predicate (v-ing v-infinitive)
I hope somebody can help me to correct sentences I write.

he is a boy who never cries.
he is a never crying boy.Is it right?
No.2
there is a couple who is rowing with each other at the corner of the street.
there is a couple to be disputing at the corner of the street.Is it right?
No.3
I have a lamp which are never extinguished
I have a never extinguished lamp.
I have a never to be extinguished lamp.
I have a lamp to be never extinguished .
Which one is right?

The rest are either have grammer mistakes or very awkwardly written.
