我觉得应该是B吧.
首先,these说明后面是复数,只能从A、B、D中选,而这句话并不表示所属,所以去掉了D；一般而言,用man或者woman来形容加了复数的话,man与woman是应该也变成复数的吧?
但是个人认为,这只是做题目,而在日常交往的对话中,应该用female最好,比women更合适.
