for myself.But when I get some 17 time,I have many 18 to do,such as sleeping,
going to the movies and listening to music.
　　First,I 19 sleeping very much,When I am at school,I try to make time
during my __20 and lunchtime to get a few minutes to sleep.It helps me 21 awake
all the way.If I do not get a good sleep,I will be very 22 the next day.
　　Second,going to the movies can make me relax (放松),When I am 23 ,it is
