1.第一行中：have been planning 改为plan,因为表示将来的意思,不用完成时
2.第二行中：as more time as 改为 as much time as,as...as当中有形容词原形
3.第二行中：who likes to play 改为who like to play,who引导的这个定语从句的先行词是people,是复数,因此从句谓语不需用第三人称单数形式
4.第三行最后：getting the better 改成getting better,形容词比较级前不加定冠词the
5.第四行中：that play against 改成 that plays against,因为先行词是a team,是第三人称单数,用plays
6.第五行中：rest of us 改成 all of us,他教我们所有人不是教“我们中其余的人”,我应该也在被帮助对象中,所以是我们所有人
7.第五行中：improved 改成 to improve,help sb.(to) do sth.,帮助某人做某事,后面跟动词不定式,可加也可不加to
8.第五行中：tonight we are playing 改成 tonight we will play,今晚的事还未发生,用一般将来时
9.第六行：beat them 改成 beat it,击败的是one of the teams,一支队不是复数
10.最后一行：won't make 改成 don't make
