意义不一样,on the field指的是位置上,或者区域上的状态,而in the field指在活动中（作战、比赛等）的状态
举个例子：they are on the field就是他们在战场上（不一定在作战,强调的是位置）
they are in the field就是他们在在战场上（正在作战,强调战斗的状态）
