其实觉得shelly等都有各自可取之处,但是一直在怀疑直译black earth对不对,所以不敢苟同,dark soil是个人所见,so maybe I 'd like to recommend that:
Here is dark earth plain（不是固定称谓不必用the了吧,毕竟我想这并不是世界闻名的黑土, the earth crust (这就是地壳的意思,不用画蛇添足）steady, soil fertile,and seasons （the four基本多余,有冗余毕竟可以精简)are distinct（喜欢shelly的这个用法,实在高明）.
