know没有时间段的概念,知道/不知道不能用时间来修饰,所以没有什么完成时说的.hadn't known本来就是错的.know、feel、think等属于动词,但是不表示实际发生的动作.
如果是She had finished her homework, then she went shopping. 表示两个动作发生的顺序可以用过去完成时.
