这两句都可以.would 和could本来就带有委婉礼貌的效果,和汉语的“请”是一样的.类似于“烦请.”.在这里would和could并不看作will和can的过去式,因此不表示能力是否允许,只是单纯的为了缓和语气,用委婉的语言请求别人帮助.
