In the end of school year, I have been read a very good book called City of Ember. This was second book that I have been read that year and it was a very good book. There was a part of the book that I think it was very interesting and exciting. The Singing Day in the book was a very a part of climax in the story that was making me engrossed it, and it was my favorite part in the story. There was a cliffhanger In the Singing day that encouraged me to continue to end of book. When bad Mayor caught Lina that I thought Lina would die; although, it just a book that I was worrying about Lina when I read about this part and it was so stimulating and theatrical. I may feel my heart-throb is very quick that it was like a movie flashing in my mind. when Lina escaped from the mayor that the lights was went out, she came to the top, she burst through the door to the roof and ran out. Doon was standing the way to river and waiting for Lina. I could felt that how much Doon was worrying about Lina and his feeling.
Although it was a science fiction book but I thought that there was a part of story that smeller in our life. Lina and Doon were best friends, they had explored the back alleys and dimly lit edges of the city, but they began to grow apart because a little stupid thing that Lina laughed at Doon. I can remember when I was much younger that I had a best friend, we were always playing with each other, but one thing happened which that cause our friendship almost broke up. I cannot remember why I argued with him but must be a little thing, I could felt my heart beating difficult like a stone on my heart that caused I cannot breathe anymore. As time goes by we seemed become strangers which that I forgot his name.
I thought the author very good at detail that there were many turning points made the story more interesting and thrilling. Those turning points were decisions that Lina and Doon made, and I thought those turning points worked very well. However, author still left some doubt points for readers. I thought those doubt points may tell readers in the sequel such as what happened before they migrate to underground city. I was very curious about what happen in the sequel, so that I had fantasy. They would find a new city that so difference between ember, and they would meet more people and solve more problems, also they would help more people. For guessing that they may get marry and have many children.
