设分数是b/a,则（b-2）/a=1/2,∴a=2b-4
又b/(a+1)=9/5,∴9a+9=5b
∴9（2b-4）+9=5b
18b-36+9=5b
13b=27
b=27/13
∴a=54/13-4=2/13
∴b/a=(27/13)/(2/13)=27/2
