Strictly speaking,this disturbing result of progression has never rooted in government’s efforts merely,as well,it has mixed the way how factories and private tour operators address these problems.按照语法的话,逗号不能连接两个句子,as well 没有连词的作用,只做插入语,那么后面的it开始的句子是不是就没有什么连词和前面的句子连接了呢?那么应该怎么改动?

很高兴为您解答疑问!　　这句话应该这样改动：把as well前面的逗号改成句号,另外把as well改成moreover.改成：Strictly speaking,this disturbing result of progression has never rooted in government’s efforts...谢谢您！为什么不能用as well呢？？？因为as well只能用在句末。
