My hometown is FoShan .As we know ,it is a big ctiy ,and it has a large population .SO far in 2008 ,it is about 6 million . Besides that ,FoShan is a famous hometown of overseas chinese, and it has a long history.
If you want to have visit , you can come all year around , because the weather there is very warm. And FoShan has some especial bus which go around the city all the time ,and it needs only 2 yuan. So ,the best means of transportation the visitors should use to my city is bus.
And hotels, I think the JinCheng Hotel is good . It is in the center of the city .This is good for your trip , I guess.
Visiting FoShan and I think you shouldn’t miss three places .They are XiQiao Mountain Of NanHai 、Peach Park Of Southland ,and the Jade Hole . XiQiao Mountain is the most beautiful place in my hometown. It is said that it came from the sea long long ago .It is exciting that there are 28 waterfalls .It is so cool . And XiQiao big cake is very famous there. It is yummy and it is funny .We can buy some for our friends as presents .
Talking about the food, Cake Of Blinds 、GaoMing Lychee are very good presents .In the restaurant , ZhuHou Chicken 、MaChe Dog Meat are the famous main dishes in FoShan .
