nowadays,more and more people are overweighted.Obviously,being too fat is harmful to health,so many fat people are losing their weight. There are quite a few ways to lose weight and keep fit, for example: diet and doing exercises.
Middle School students are at the best time to their own growth.As the result, it is not a good idea for them to lose weight,not only because it will do harm to their health, but also it will affect their study. What we should do is to have some healthy living habbits,like doing exercises and not eat to much food which will lead to fatness.
