Abstract:The reform of institutions is the Chinese economic reform an important part in establishing and improving the socialist market economic system plays a vital role.Meanwhile,the reform of institutions is not only the matching requirements of China's administrative reform,but also the institution itself to society,market-oriented practical needs.Articles from the status quo of institutions,personnel system characteristics and disadvantages,as well as the idea of ​​starting to follow the reform,means employment system reform proposed institution is the core of "employment system" instead of "appointment."
