water pollution is mostly coursed by some factouries that drain the waste water to the river without cleaning.
so the factories are the most responsible to reduce water pollution.what they need to do is to clean the waste water before draining.
For the government,they are responsibe to build facilities to depurate the waste water.
For us student,we have to treasure every drop of water,never throw waste derectly into river.
