2.Mood may be defined as a temporary.(省略无关字句)and NOT tied to any particular circumstance
第一句里面and前后的句子共用一个主语,但是有两个be 动词,第二句话里and前后的句子也都是MOOD作主语,但是and后面的not前为什么没有Be动词?

and连接的并列句,前后的句子共用一个主语,第二句的主语可省,两个句子用现在进行时强调现在的状态,第二个句子主语mood和be动词省略了,如果不省,应该是and mood not betied to any particular circumstance
