不知正确么?
out there 是不是表示一种存在?

out there 和there 差不多 之所以 加上 out 是为了明确或强调空间位置 比如 It is cold in here.加 in 就是为了强调这里面够冷的.
当然还有另一种可能 那就是 hear out 表示听某人把话说完 这具体要看你的上下文了
