It depends on what you mean by "beauty" and "success".Most people,taking for granted "beauty" and "success",would say beauty is a factor that contributes to success.Sometimes it is vital; other times less important.It needs to be remembered that both beauty and success are gradable and that beauty and success are in the eye of the beholders,who can be totally different.So do not push it too hard.It could backfire.
