To whom it may concern,
The reason that I am writing this letter is to complain some problems I met last week when I was purchasing a car in your store.
First,I want to say that the service attitude of one of the salesmen is terrible.It was his own problem that the introduction was not brief enough,while when I asked him about the car he detested me and showed me cold face.
Second,in your activity introduction it said that customers can choose gift or get discounts,and when I was paying I chose the latter.At that moment you promised cash would be transfered into my account in 3 days,while I even have not got 1 cent till this second.When I called the hotline,the client said that:"I should be in one week."
All in all,in private opinion,the only sence in my mind is your service attitude is awlful.I just want to get a statement.
I wish the problem can be solved as soon as possible.
