l write this letter to you to make some complainnts about the computer.l bought in your store yesterday affternoon.There is something wrong with it.That makes me extremely unhappy.the computer cannot be properly shut down .when l got it back to the office.when l click the stutdown button,it seems that the machine gives no regonse.And l am so annoyed with it.it is obvious that you didn't carefull examine the machine before you sold it.l think you store should takefull.Responsbility for selling me the defestive machine.l insist that you give me a satisfactory reply .l do want you to give back my money as soon as possible
