帮我判断一个英语句子
学《新概念》的时候碰到一个句子,如下：
She is one of the students who is going to take the examination.
这句话是个定语从句,那关系代词who后面应该是are啊,为什么是is,书上说只有the only,the,the very后面才能用单数,还有充当主语时用单数.这个句子who 是修饰students,那应该用复数吧,为什么要用单数呢?

one of 的意思是其中之一,she是后面students 的其中一个
而she为单数,who is going to take the examination是一种在句子中的固定用法,表面上是疑问句,但是一个陈述句.
